Our Method

We do not believe in having long hierarchical management chains. Whenever a prospective client enquires about any potential cleaning that needs to be carried out the client can expect a visit from the Managing Director or the Operations manager. By doing this the client feels that any concerns they have can be voiced to the top of the organisation and that these can be dealt with in the most effective manner.

After an initial meeting you will be presented with a individually tailored cleaning task schedule, which is for you to review and ask as many questions as you like until you are a 100 % satisfied.

The next stage is for you to meet our cleaning supervisors who are just one of our teams whose sole responsibility it is to ensure that the high standards that we set our selves are met. Our cleaning supervisors will make frequent site visits. However, we do not just leave it to our supervisors to handle this, even though they are perfectly capable. The Director and Operations manager will also visit your site on a monthly basis. This allows for a close working business relationship. This is the way in which we have run our organisation and is one of the reasons why our clients are extremely happy with the service we provide.

Our Selection Process

We know how important it is to employ the right staff. We have very stringent selection procedures which means the best people are picked for the job. All of our employees undergo a week’s training and are trained in health and safety all the latest COSHH regulations. We ensure that the most trustworthy and reliable employees are sent to clean your site. One of our company philosophies is to keep our staff motivated and happy as this is one of the key factors in achieving high performance and keeping staff turnover low.

TQM – Total Quality Management

Quality is assured by firstly implementing a detailed cleaning schedule which is tailored around your organisation. Once this has been done our employees receive job specific training to ensure they are completely aware of what is expected from them.

Some clients ask us. “how do you make sure that a cleaner spends the agreed amount of time on site?”. We have technological systems in place which means that when a cleaner enters a site, he /she must log in with our system and they must then log out when they leave a site. This is done by each employee having a unique pin number assigned to them which they use to dial up a recognised land line number from the site, this is then logged into our system allowing time logs to be kept.

The best chemicals are always used for the job, these chemicals are also environmentally friendly, along with this we make sure that all our employees are fully COSHH trained. All of our machinery is serviced on a regular basis. Our management team are always scanning the cleaning market and attending cleaning conferences to ensure that we are up to date with the latest cleaning methods and new innovations within the market which can then be passed onto our employees during training days.
