We will liaise with you on site and draw up a detailed cleaning plan which will take into account every room / area that requires cleaning. We will price up a job and provide you with a complete cleaning schedule. Once a clean has been completed our cleaning supervisors will walk around the site with you and go through this schedule to ensure that you are completely happy and that every area has been cleaned to the highest of standards.
We guarantee to remove all dust and clean down and sterilise all ledges, handles, door frames, switches, and floors. When carrying out end of tenancy cleans all kitchens will be completely degreased including cooking hobs, microwaves, ovens, fridges and inner / outer of cupboards. Bathrooms will be scrubbed thoroughly and disinfected leaving them sparkling and looking new.
We are also able to offer our carpet cleaning / hard floor cleaning and window cleaning services at an additional cost meaning your whole property can be cleaned by one company to a high standard.
